Traveling Safe and Secured

Every time my mom travels out of the country I’m her personal assistant. I work on her papers in submitting at the embassy, calling the courier for her visa stamping and her guide when she needs to have a medical exam needed for her travel. I also got her a travel insurance the last time she flew to Australia just in case something will happen to her while she’s traveling.

My Kind of Home Entertainment

Ahhh I just love watching TV and listening to the music. First thing in the morning as soon as my eyes are open, my routine is to not to get up but to open my TV immediately to watch my local fave morning show. While having breakfast, I still watch TV as it keeps me company and make my mornings more alive.

There are days however when I wanted to just listen to the music to do some stretching or move my body a bit to make me awake. I'll turn on the volume and I will just strut. If only I can have more money, I'll buy a new CD machine and surround speakers like those that I see in entertainment centers where there are hi-tech gadgets and machines.

TV and music has been part of me ever since and I think I can't go through the day without them bec. I think I'll go insane.

New York International Auto Show 2010

I know guys will be steamin' to know that there'll be New York International Auto Show 2010 coming up. If only my bro will be there for sure he'll be thrilled to see car/vehicles like BMW, Ford, Honda, Kia, Jaguar, Volvo just to name a few. I don't think Ferrari with Ferrari parts will be part of the auto show but nonetheless the roster of car exhibitors will make car afficionados excited already.

Charles and Keith Handbags

I'm a bag afficionado, I must admit that. There's no instance when I go to the malls without passing by or even trying bags on display. My heart is always pounding with excitement everytime I see bags and how'd I'd wish it was the same feeling every time I get insurance quote or billing on my mail. 

I found some Charles and Keith bags being sold inside the SM Megamall and funny thing is that the displayed bags have chains so that no one can shoplift it lol. Those chains makes it a little hard for customers to try on the bags. Anyway, I was tempted to buy but I thought that a Coach bag is much worth to buy with regards to the leather but I love Charles and Keith's designs as well.

I was researching about Outer banks foreclosures when I overheard on TV about a Pinay bag designer who's making waves in the US with her designed bag. CELESTINA BAGS, are designed by former model turned designer/entrepreneur, Celestina "Tina" Maristela Ocampo.

SALE !! SALE, Everywhere

It's weekend once again and all I can think of is getting some rest (but I still need to work) and shopping! I saw the advertisement of SM department store in our area and they will be having SALE in March 26, 27 and March 28. It's a 3-day sale actually which they are always doing many times in a year to bring more customers into the store.

I have no plans of going to shop this weekend but maybe just some other time. I know there'll be lots of sale again. Even online I saw some sale over at Gap, Charles and Keith and more. Online stores are not the only ones busy promoting but there are lots of insurance advertising going too.

I know, I need to have a little bit of self-control when it comes to shopping most especially on COACH bags because it will not be too good on my pocket!!

I'm not so keen on jewelry that much, I'm more of a Bag lady but if ever I will invest on jewelries then I'll always prefer diamonds. Like they say Diamonds are Forever and Girl's Best Friend. I will not blame jewelry fanatic particularly those that love diamonds jewelries or loose diamonds because diamonds are so precious and have this magnetic charm.

 Just be careful though when buying diamonds bec. you might just end up buying a fake one because it has big resemblance to cubic zirconium. Just buy at reputable stores and gear yourself with proper diamond education.

I've been hearing rants about their physical appearance left and right from friends and also while browsing blogs. We all seem never contented on what we are made of. Dreamin' of an Orlando Vacation

I still can't forget the fun times and great memories that I had with my family last year when we went to Hongkong to explore the place. My nieces and nephews and we adults all had a blast inside Hongkong Disneyland bec. it's really a magical place.

If given the chance I wouls also love to go to Florida to see Disney land and other themed park. I know there are lots of Orlando vacation packages that I can opt to choose online and I should reserve and scout for them early on. I know we'll be thrilled once again to see Disney, where the kids can ride on their fave theme rid or watch shows. Sea World and Universal Studios for sure will keep us in awe and thrilled.

Window Shopping at BlueFly

It's weekend once again and instead of going out to the mall, I decided to stay because first I have to watch the boxing fight of Manny Pacquaio and I have some few things to clean in my room.


I was able to window shop a bit as well, going to so many online stores where I can see lots of sale. Time and again, we always hear and remember that education is the best gift that we can ever give to ourselves. Nothing beats that knowledge that we can acquire not just from our homes but also inside our school class. I can see from my parents and other parents how important is for them to send their children to school to gain more knowledge and expose themselves to other people and gain more experience and education.

These days, those that where not able to finish their college degrees simply because they have no extra time, they got married or whatever reasons can now finish them through online universities like Northwestern College. They are offering various accredited degrees and that includes business administration degree, criminal justice and health information technology where your skills and knowledge are honed.

Old Clothes

So, I found myself looking for some old but rarely used clothes that I have last weekend that I put in a big black plastic bag because I'll give it to my niece but I could not locate it. It turned out that mom placed it on our storage room beside one of those stainless steel drums that we have that we'll be needing come rainy season.

At first I thought they threw it away but fortunately it was just in the storage room. I love giving away my old clothes and I'm always happy if someone is able to use it.

They want an XBOX 360

I was cornered by my nephews one weekend and they are sweet talking me and it turned out that they wanted to have an xbox 360 as my gift for them. They will be graduating from elementary this coming end of the month and how'd they wish they have a new toy to play with.

I'm not sure if I can grant their request because the price of the xbox is no joke and it's not on my priority list. I guess they will still like a gift that I will give them but not the xbox.

Working at Home

Since I'm just working at home and have a small net cafe, I don't need to worry in finding philadelphia airport jobs or any job for that matter because I've been blessed to work at home as well. What I worry about is how to keep myself more focused on my work and to get more opportunities in the future.

Anyway, working and no "play" makes anyone a dull person so I always find time make myself sociable as much as possible and to unwind, relax and splurge sometimes. Now, I'm really hooked on e-Bay, it's not that I'm bidding endlessly but I love browsing all the things that is on sale there. I bid once in a while if I love an item and if I'm really want to purchase it.
